of 3 July 2009
on the binding nature of a collective agreement of a higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs pursuant to Section 7 of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on Collective Negotiations, as amended by the Constitutional Court found under No. 199 / 2003 Coll. and Act No. 255 / 2005 Coll., states that the Collective contract of a higher degree concluded between the Transport Union and the Transport Union of the Czech Republic, the section of road transport for the years 2009-2012 (of 16.12.2008) is binding with effect from the first day of the month following the publication of this communication for other employers with the predominant activity in the sector identified by the Sectoral Classification of Economic Activities CZ- NACE 49.39, 49.41 and 52.29.
The content of a collective contract of higher degree can be found at the Labour Office and on the website of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (www.mpsv.cz).
