GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 28 May 2008
implementing specific measures to combat terrorism
The Government orders pursuant to § 4 paragraphs 1 and 3 of Act No. 69 / 2006 Coll., on the implementation of international sanctions:
This Regulation implements Council Common Position 2001 / 931 / CFSP of 27 December 2001 on the application of specific measures to combat terrorism, as amended, (1) in order to maintain or restore international peace and security, the protection of fundamental human rights and the fight against terrorism.
It shall be prohibited to provide the goods, services or activities provided for in Sections 5 (1) (b), (d), (e) and 5 (2) of Act No 69 / 2006 Coll., on the implementation of international sanctions, to natural persons listed in Part I of the Annex to this Regulation and to members or representatives of organised groups listed in Part II of the Annex to this Regulation.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
