DECLARATION

amending Decree No. 114 / 1991 of the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic Coll., on the remuneration of intermediaries and arbitrators, the amount of the fee for a copy of a collective agreement of higher degree and the amount and method of payment of costs before the arbitrator
The Ministry of Finance provides pursuant to § 15 (2) of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining, in agreement with the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs:
The Order of the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic No. 114 / 1991 Coll., on the remuneration of an intermediary and arbitrator, the amount of the fee for a copy of a collective agreement of higher degree and the amount and method of payment of costs before the arbitrator is amended as follows:
1. In § 1, the amount "2000 CZK 'is replaced by" 4000 CZK'.
2. In Paragraph 2 (1), the amount "2500 CZK 'is replaced by" 5000 CZK'.
3. In Paragraph 2 (2), the amount "1000 CZK 'is replaced by" 2500 CZK'.
4. In Section 3, the word "Kčs' is replaced by" Kč '.
5. In Article 4 (1), the amount of "500 CZK 'is replaced by" 1000 CZK'.
6. Note 6) reads as follows:
"6) Act No. 119 / 1992 Coll., on Travel Refunds, as amended by Act No. 44 / 1994 Coll. '.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
