Ministry of Foreign Affairs
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs states that on 10 July 1992, a note of 26 June 1992 and 8 July 1992 was agreed in exchange in Hanoi between the Government of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic and the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on the visa waiver for nationals of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam holders of diplomatic and service passports.
The Agreement entered into force on 9 August 1992 and the Agreement between the Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic and the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on the abolition of the visa requirement for holders of diplomatic, special and service passports and passports used for service travel of 13 November 1980, published under No 29 / 1981 Coll.
