on changes in the competence of the Czech authorities in social security and amending Act No. 20 / 1966 Coll., on the care of the health of the people
The Czech National Council decided on this law:
Proceedings concerning social security matters which have not been definitively terminated at the date of application of this law shall be continued by the authorities whose jurisdiction is laid down in that law.
The Bureau of the Czech National Council is hereby authorised to publish in the Collection of Laws the full text of the Act of the Czech National Council No. 114 / 1988 Coll., on the competence of the institutions of the Czech Socialist Republic in social security, as is apparent from the laws amending it and supplementing it.
This Act shall take effect on 1 September 1990.
