imposing collective agreements of a higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs states that the following higher-level collective agreements have been imposed on him:
1. Collective contract of higher degree for 2023 concluded on 15 September 2022 between the Contracting Parties
Trade union of workers of wood-working industries, forestry and water management in the Czech Republic
and
The Association of Employers of North Bohemia Voda;
2. Collective contract for 2023 concluded on 26 October 2022 between the Contracting Parties
Trade union of workers of wood-working industries, forestry and water management in the Czech Republic
and
Employers' Association Malá Voda Czech Republic;
3. Collective contract for 2023 concluded on 28 November 2022 between the Contracting Parties
Union of Agriculture and Nutrition Workers - Association of Free Unions of the Czech Republic
and
Czech Moravian Union of Agricultural Entrepreneurs;
4. A collective contract of higher degree for 2023 concluded on 6 December 2022 between the Contracting Parties
Trade union of workers of wood-working industries, forestry and water management in the Czech Republic
and
Association of Forestry and Woodworking Enterprises;
5. Collective contract of higher degree for 2023 concluded on 21 December 2022 between the Contracting Parties
Union of Agriculture and Nutrition Workers - Association of Free Unions of the Czech Republic
and
Czech Moravian Union of Agricultural Entrepreneurs.
