concerning the prolongation of the emergency in connection with the SARS CoV-2 epidemic
Government
I. pursuant to Article 6 (2) of Constitutional Act No. 110 / 1998 Coll., on the Security of the Czech Republic, extending until 14 February 2021 the emergency situation declared by the Government Resolution of 30 September 2020 No. 957 on the declaration of emergency status for the territory of the Czech Republic due to the threat of health on 23 December 2020 under No 1373 / 2016 under the Government Resolution of 30 October 2020 No. 1108 on the SARS CoV-2 / in the territory of the Czech Republic, until 10 December 2020, and further extended by the Government Resolution of 20 November 2020 No. 1195, issued by the Government Resolution of 30 October 2020 No. 471 / 2020 Coll., until 12 December 2020, further extended by the Government Resolution of 10 December 2020, issued by the Government of 10 December 2020 No. 1294, published under No 521 / 2020 Coll.
II. Provides that all measures taken on grounds of emergency which are in force on the date of adoption of this Government Resolution remain in force to the extent that they are taken;
III. Instructs the Prime Minister to inform the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic without delay.
