DECLARATION
of 21 January 2020
amending Decree No 389 / 2017 Coll., establishing the flat-rate amounts for the costs of veterinary checks linked to imports or exports, as amended
The Ministry of Agriculture shall determine, pursuant to Section 78 of Act No. 166 / 1999 Coll., on Veterinary Care and on the amendment of certain related laws (Veterinary Act), as amended by Act No. 131 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 316 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 48 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 124 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 182 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 227 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 308 / 2011 Coll., Act No. 18 / 2012 Coll., Act No. 359 / 2012 Coll., Act No. 75, Act No. 5, Act No. 139 / 2014 Coll., Act No. 264 / 2014 Coll., Act No. 302 / 2017 Coll., and Act No. 368 / 2019 Coll., for the implementation of Section 75 (5) of the Veterinary Act:
Decree No. 389 / 2017 Coll., establishing the flat-rate amounts of the costs of veterinary checks associated with import or export, as amended by Decree No. 277 / 2018 Coll. and Decree No. 371 / 2019 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 1, including the title and footnote 1, reads as follows:
Subject matter
This decree regulates the amount of
(a) the flat-rate amounts of the costs of veterinary checks relating to the issue of veterinary certificates for export of animals or animal products;
(b) the flat-rate amounts of the costs of veterinary checks linked to the verification of the veterinary certificate for the export of feed of plant origin, additives and premixtures;
(c) flat-rate amounts of costs related to the printing of the health certificate for export on price paper with a mark-up;
(d) the amounts of costs determined for the purpose of calculating the actual costs associated with each border veterinary check.

Amount of costs associated with border veterinary checks
The amount of the costs determined for the purpose of calculating the actual costs associated with the implementation of each border veterinary check is set out in Annex 2 to this Regulation. ';
