GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 31 January 2018
amending Government Regulation No 194 / 2001 Coll., laying down technical requirements for aerosol dispensers, as amended
The Government orders pursuant to Section 22 of Act No. 22 / 1997 Coll., on Technical Requirements for Products and on the Amendment and Addition of Certain Acts, as amended by Act No. 205 / 2002 Coll. and Act No. 34 / 2011 Coll.:
Government Decree No. 194 / 2001 Coll., laying down technical requirements for aerosol dispensers, as amended by Government Decree No. 305 / 2006 Coll., Government Decree No. 315 / 2009 Coll. and Government Decree No. 80 / 2014 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. At the end of footnote 1, the sentence "Commission Directive (EU) 2016 / 2037 of 21 November 2016 amending Council Directive 75 / 324 / EEC as regards maximum permitted pressure for aerosol dispensers and adapting its provisions on the labelling of Regulation (EC) No 1272 / 2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council on classification, labelling and packaging of substances and mixtures shall be added to the separate line. '
2. In Annex 1, point 1.2, point (a), including footnotes 8 and 9, is deleted.
Points (b) to (d) shall be renumbered as points (a) to (c).
3. In Annex 1, point 1.2, the dot is replaced by the comma and the following points (d) and (e) are added:
"(d) the precautionary instruction P102 according to the Regulation directly applicable (10) if the aerosol dispenser is a consumer product; and
(e) any additional instructions for use which alert the consumer to the specific hazards associated with the product; where separate instructions for use are attached to the aerosol dispenser, such instructions for use shall be provided. ';
4. Point 2.1.2 of Annex 1 reads as follows:
"2.1.2. Depending on the gas contained in the aerosol dispenser, the pressure in the aerosol dispenser at 50 ° C shall not exceed the values given in the following table:

Efficacy
This Regulation shall take effect on 12 February 2018.
