DECLARATION

amending Decree No 243 / 2014 Coll., on the publication of the National Natural Monuments of Dlouhopolsko and laying down its closer protection conditions
The Ministry of the Environment provides pursuant to § 79 (4) (h) of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on the Conservation of Nature and Landscape, as amended by Act No. 218 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 312 / 2008 Coll. and Act No. 349 / 2009 Coll.:
In the first sentence of Section 1 (2) of Decree No 243 / 2014 Coll., on the publication of the National Natural Monuments of Dlouhopolsko and laying down its closer protection conditions, the words "and Priestesses' shall be inserted after the words" Dlouhopolsko '.
Efficacy
This Decision shall enter into force on 1 February 2016.
