amending and supplementing Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs Decree No. 129 / 1979 Coll., on the labour application and physical security of workers permanently unfit for work in underground mines
Decree No. 129 / 1979 of the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs No. 129 / 1979 Coll., on the employment and physical security of workers permanently unfit for work in the underground underground mines, is amended and supplemented as follows:
1. In Paragraph 10 (1), the amount of 1250 CZK shall be increased to 1400 CZK.
2. The following Section 11a is inserted after Section 11:
(1) The special allowance corresponding to this decree or, where appropriate, the earlier Regulations (10a) is adjusted by increasing by 2%, the average net earnings before transfer or release, corresponding to the calculation of that allowance, for each calendar year following the establishment of entitlement to that allowance until 31 December 1980.
(2) The special allowance shall be determined on the basis of the average net monthly earnings raised in accordance with paragraph 1, at the request of the worker or on the basis of a proposal from the organisation, even if the worker has not been provided by 31 December 1980, as it would have been less than 200 CZK per month.
(3) For the special contribution, the limits referred to in Article 10 (1) and (3) shall apply even after the adjustment made pursuant to paragraph 1.
(4) The special allowance provided for in paragraphs 1 and 2, as appropriate, is due from 1 January 1982. "
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
