THE LAW
of 25 March 1971
on a single system of socio-economic information
The Federal Assembly of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic decided on this law:
(4) For statistical and accounting purposes, the competent authority of state statistics shall determine the birth number according to the principles issued by the Federal Statistical Office to the inhabitants of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic - except for persons enjoying diplomatic immunity and privileges.
(1) The following shall be deleted:
1. Act No. 23 / 1963 Coll., on People's Control and National Economic Records, as well as on National Economic Records;
2. § 8 to 13 of the statutory measure of the Bureau of the National Assembly No. 1 / 1967 Coll., on changes in the organisation and competence of certain central authorities as regards the Federal Statistical Office and the Federal Statistical Council,
3. Decree No. 213 / 1953 Ú. l. (No 253 / 1953 Ú. v.) on the approval of operationally statistical reports and on the authorisation of specific statistical surveys;
4. § 1 to 3 of Act No. 170 / 1968 Coll., on certain measures related to the Federal Order of the State.
(2) Until the date of the entry into force of the laws of the national councils governing the competence of the statistical authorities of the Republics, matters of that competence shall be referred to, unless they are governed by the Act on the Single System of Social Economic Information, in accordance with the existing rules.
Efficacy
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
