DECLARATION
of 5 June 2012
on the issue of the commemorative silver two hundred crowns for the 100th anniversary of the birth of Kamil Lhoták
The Czech National Bank provides pursuant to § 22 (a) of Act No. 6 / 1993 Coll., on the Czech National Bank, as amended by Act No. 442 / 2000 Coll.:
(1) On 20 June 2012, the 100th anniversary of the birth of painter, graphic artist and illustrator Kamil Lhoták is issued a commemorative silver two-hundred crown ("two-hundred crown").
(2) Two hundred koruna is issued in the normal version and in a special version with polished field of coin and matte relief (hereinafter "special version").
(3) The two-hundred korona in normal and special design is rolled from an alloy containing 925 parts of silver and 75 parts of copper. The weight of two hundred crowns is 13 g, its diameter is 31 mm and its strength is 2,5 mm. In the case of an embossing of two hundred crowns in normal and special design, the tolerance shall be 0,1 mm in diameter and 0,15 mm in thickness. In mass, the tolerance shall be up to 0,26 g and in the silver content shall be up to 1%. The edge of two hundred crowns in normal design is serrated, the edge of two hundred crowns in special design is smooth with the feature "CZECH NATIONAL BANKA * Ag 0.925 * 13 g *."
(1) On the face of two hundred crowns is a composition of motifs from the paintings Kamil Lhoták, which dominates the representation of the painting "Swimming pool." At the bottom and right edge of the two hundred crown, the name of the state is "CZECH REPUBLIC." At the left edge of the two hundred crown, the denomination of the coin with the abbreviation "200 CZK." The brand of the Czech Mint consisting of the composition of the letters "No" and "M" is under the denomination of the coin.
(2) On the back of the two-hundred crown is a portrait of Kamil Lhoták, in whose background is shown the balloon above the horizon as a typical motif from the paintings of Kamil Lhoták. On the collar of the portrait is the signature of Kamil Lhoták. At the left edge of the two hundred crown is a copy "KAMIL LHOTÁK" and the years "1912 - 2012." The lyrics are separated by a wheel. At the right edge of the two hundred crown are the initials of the author of the two hundred crown, Teresa Eisner, which are formed by the joined letters "TE" in the circle.
(3) The picture of the two hundred crown is given in the annex to this decree.
This Decree shall take effect on 20 June 2012.
