GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 7 June 2010
amending Government Regulation No 111 / 2002 Coll., determining the amount of the advance on selected types of back-up packages
The Government orders pursuant to § 50 (1) of Act No. 477 / 2001 Coll., on Packaging and on the amendment of certain laws (the Law on Packaging) ("the Act ') to implement § 9 (9) of the Act:
The Annex to Government Decree No 111 / 2002 Coll., establishing the amount of the advance for the selected types of back-up packages, reads as follows:

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 August 2010.
