of 29 June 2009
imposing collective agreements of a higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs states that, in accordance with the provisions of § 9 (1) of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining, as amended, the following collective agreements of higher degree were deposited with it between 27.5.2009 and 2.6.2009:
1. Appendix 1 Collective contracts of higher degree for the year 2009 concluded between the Department of Transport Workers, Road Economy and Auto Repair Bohemia and Moravia by the Section of Road Economy and the Transport Union of the Czech Republic by the Section of the Road Economy of 19 May 2009.
2. Collective contract of higher degree concluded between the Union of Employers' Unions of the Czech Republic representing the respective employers of the Association of Apprentice Devices and the KOVO Trade Union representing the basic organisations OS KOVO and employees of the relevant employers for the period from 1 March 2009 - 31 December 2010.
