DECLARATION
of 20 May 2005
amending Decree No. 474 / 2000 of the Ministry of Agriculture Coll., laying down requirements for fertilisers, as amended by Decree No. 401 / 2004 Coll.
According to Articles 3 (5) and 16 (a) and (b) of Act No. 156 / 1998 Coll. on fertilizers, soil aids, vegetable aid products and substrates and on agrochemical testing of agricultural soils (Fertilizer Act), as amended by Act No. 308 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 147 / 2002 Coll. and Act No. 317 / 2004 Coll.:
1. In point 1 of Annex 1 to Decree No 474 / 2000 Coll., the words "with the exception of fertilisers marked" EC fertilisers "shall be inserted after the words" mineral fertilisers. "'
2. In footnote 4 of Annex 1 to Decree No 474 / 2000 Coll., the words "and organic fertilizer under type 18.1 (e) 'are added after the words" manure'.
3. In Table 5 of Annex 3 to Decree No 474 / 2000 Coll. for organic and organo-mineral fertilisers for type 18.1 (e), in column 7, the words "maximum dose of 30 t / ha not exceeding three years' are deleted.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 June 2005.
