DECLARATION
of 8 July 2003
amending Decree No 299 / 1993, Coll., authorising the Territorial Financial Authorities to transfer the accessories
The Ministry of Finance provides pursuant to § 55a (2) of Act No. 337 / 1992 Coll., on the Administration of Taxes and Fees, as amended by Act No. 35 / 1993 Coll.:
In Paragraph 1 (1) of Decree No. 299 / 1993 Coll., which empowers the territorial tax authorities to transfer the accessories of the tax, the amount "300 000 CZK" is replaced by "600 000 CZK."
Transitional provisions
1. According to the newly determined amount, the obligation to refer a request to the Ministry of Finance's decision to applications not yet submitted and received by the Financial Office before the expiry of this Order is assessed.
2. Up to the maximum amount referred to in Paragraph 1 (2), as amended by this Decree, the amount of the tax exemption granted by the Financial Office in 2003 for the same tax before that decree is effective.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
