THE LAW
of 24 April 2002
amending Act No. 254 / 2000 Coll., on Auditors and amending Act No. 165 / 1998 Coll.
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
In Section 41 of Act No. 254 / 2000 Coll., on Auditors, and amending Act No. 165 / 1998 Coll., the following paragraph 4 is added:
"(4) The provisions of Sections 3 (1) (d) and 8 (5) shall not apply to those who are authorised by the Chamber to carry out a professional examination under Act No 524 / 1992 Coll. and who shall pass an audit examination by 31 December 2003 at the latest."
The examination of the conditions for entry in the list of auditors between 1 January 2001 and the effective date of this Act shall be governed by the provisions of this Act.
Efficacy
This Act shall take effect on the first day of the third month following its publication.
