DECLARATION
Czech Mining Office
of 6 September 1999
repealing certain legislation on the authorisation of the use of explosives and other means of shredding
According to § 6 (6) (a) of Act No. 61 / 1988 Coll., on Mining Activities, Explosives and State Mining Administration, the Czech Mining Authority provides:
They shall be deleted:
1. Proceeds of the Czech Mining Authority No. 365 / 1 / 69 of 20 January 1969 authorising the use of non-deposited explosive mixtures of ammonium nitrate and DAP fuel (reg. 25 / 1969 Coll.).
2. The proceeds of the Czech Mining Office No 5422 / 16 / 1970 of 30 November 1970 authorising the use in the Czech Republic of a device for the use of explosives (reg. 7 / 1971 Coll.).
3. The proceeds of the Czech Mining Office No 3372 / 13 / 70 / 71 of 9 August 1971 laying down the basic design requirements for pneumatic equipment used in the shredding works (reg. 27 / 1971 Coll.).
4. The proceeds of the Czech Mining Office No. 28 / 1976 Ú. v. ČSR, which are authorised to use cumulative burst load D of types Cu 1, Fe 1, Cu 2, Fe 2 marked burst charge D (reg. 25 / 1976 Coll.).
5. The proceeds of the Czech Mining Office no. 27 / 1978 Ú. v. ČSR, which are authorised to use the lightning Oc (reg. in amount 32 / 1978 Coll.).
6. The proceeds of the Czech Mining Office No. 28 / 1978 Ú. v. ČSR, which are authorised to use the lightning box H-30 (reg. in amount 32 / 1978 Coll.).
7. The proceeds of the Czech Mining Office No. 10 / 1984 Ú. v. ČSR, No. 1041 / 1982 on the use of the explosives Permon DAP-3 (reg. in amount 15 / 1984 Coll.).
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
