GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 23 August 1995
amending Government Regulation No 48 / 1995 Coll., to direct the amount of appropriations spent on salaries and on remuneration for on-call duty in the budget and in certain other organisations and bodies, as amended by Government Regulation No 144 / 1995 Coll.
The Government orders pursuant to § 23 (a) of Act No. 143 / 1992 Coll., on the salary and remuneration of on-call time in the Budget and in certain other organisations and bodies, as amended by Act No. 40 / 1994 Coll.:
Government Regulation No. 48 / 1995 Coll., on the rectifying of the amount of appropriations spent on salaries and on remuneration for on-call duty in the budget and in certain other organisations and bodies, as amended by Government Regulation No. 144 / 1995 Coll., is hereby amended as follows:
1. In Article 4 (7), "15% 'is replaced by" 25%';
2. In Annex No 1, point 2, "(up to 15% K1) 'is replaced by" (up to 25% K1)' and "(up to 15% K3) 'is replaced by" (up to 25% K3)'.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
