DECLARATION
Ministry of Transport
of 18 December 1964
establishing the State Air Inspection and Airport Administration
The Minister of Transport pursuant to § 4 (2) of Act No. 203 / 1964 Coll., on the modification of certain tasks of civil aviation administration, and § 67 and 68 of Act No. 47 / 1956 Coll., on Civil Aviation, provides in an agreement with the participating central authorities:
AIR OPERATING MANAGEMENT
An organisation shall be established: Air Traffic Management CSSR based in Prague; is directly subordinate to the Ministry of Transport.
The air traffic control of CSSR shall in particular be responsible for the following tasks in civil aviation matters:
(a) manage and ensure civil aviation operations throughout the national territory (Section 30 of the Act);
(b) provide air information service and the issuance of aeronautical maps.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 1965.
