DECLARATION
of 17 May 2005
on the determination of the protection zone I of the natural mineral water source washed by the HV-40 well in Mariánské Lazne
According to Article 46 (3) (b) of Act No. 164 / 2001 Coll., on Natural Medical Resources, Natural Mineral Water Resources, Natural Spa and Spa Points and on the amendment of certain related laws (Spa Act), as amended by Act No. 76 / 2002 Coll. and Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll.:
(1) In order to protect the natural medical source of mineral water, which is contained in a drilling well HV-40 located on plot 147 / 79, the cadastral territory of Mariánské Lázně (hereinafter referred to as "the source"), protection zone I. degree 1 is established, which is at the same time a zone of physical protection of the source.
(2) Level I protection zone is defined by plot No 147 / 79, cadastral area of Mariánské Lázně with an area of 100 m2. The definition of the protection zone I is graphically marked in a copy of the cadastral map in the scale 1: 1000 annexed to this decree. The definition of protection zone I. of the source in the cadastral map and in the Basic map of the Czech Republic is available at the Ministry of Health or at the City Office of Mariánska Lazne.
(1) In the territory of the protection zone I, the unauthorised entry is prohibited (2).
(2) The Class I protection zone shall be fenced and marked with a table indicating "The zone of physical protection of the natural medical source. No trespassing."
This decree shall take effect on the 15th day following its publication.
