DECLARATION

of 1 July 2003

amending Decree No. 260 / 2000 Coll., implementing Act No. 329 / 1999 Coll., on travel documents and amending Act No. 283 / 1991 Coll., on the Police of the Czech Republic, as amended (Act on travel documents)

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs provides, pursuant to § 5 (3) (b) and § 20 (4) of Act No. 329 / 1999 Coll., on travel documents and amending Act No. 283 / 1991 Coll., on the Police of the Czech Republic, as amended, (Act on travel documents):

Čl. I

Decree No. 260 / 2000 Coll., implementing Act No. 329 / 1999 Coll., on travel documents and amending Act No. 283 / 1991 Coll., on the Police of the Czech Republic, as amended, (Act on travel documents) is amended as follows:

1. In Article 1 (1), the words "without machine-readable data 'shall be inserted after the words" passport'.

2. In Paragraph 1 (2), the words "without machine-readable data 'shall be inserted after the words" passport'.

3. In Article 1, paragraphs 3 and 4 are added:

"(3) The model of the diplomatic passport with machine-readable data is set out in Annex 3.

(4) The model of the service passport with machine-readable data is set out in Annex 4. '

4. In Paragraph 2 (1), "3 'is replaced by" 5'.

5. In Article 2 (2), "4 'is replaced by" 6'.

6. Annexes 3 and 4 shall read:
