DECLARATION
Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs
of 7 September 1999
on the extension of the commitment of collective higher-level contracts
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides pursuant to Section 7 of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining:
The collective contract of a higher degree concluded on 15 January 1999 between KOVO and the Community of Industrial Enterprises Moravia and Silesia (1) shall be binding on the employers listed in Annex 1 from the date of application of this decree.
The collective contract of a higher degree concluded on 5 January 1999 between KOVO and the Union of Employers in the Aerospace 2) shall also be binding on the employers listed in Annex 2 from the date of application of this decree.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
