DECLARATION
Ministry of Agriculture

amending Decree No. 194 / 1996 Coll., implementing the law on feedingstuffs, as amended by Decree No. 256 / 1997 Coll.
The Ministry of Agriculture provides, pursuant to § 3 (11), § 4 (7) and § 13 of Act No. 91 / 1996 Coll., on Feed:
Decree No. 194 / 1996 Coll., implementing the law on feedingstuffs, as amended by Decree No. 256 / 1997 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Article 11 (4), the words "bone fat, bone meal, dried bone broth and animal fat 'are replaced by the words" bone pulp and bone broth dried'.
2. In Article 13 (1) (c), the words "other than additives' shall be inserted after the words" quality characteristics'.
3. In Article 20, the following paragraph 5 is added:
"(5) The designation of the meat, meat-and-bone, animal, bone, duvet and protein bone meal, protein concentrate, bone meal and bone meal powder shall indicate:" The feed material contains protein constituents derived from mammalian tissues and is prohibited from feeding to ruminants'.
4. in Article 23 (1) (a), the following shall be added after the word "combine": "with the exception of meat, meat-and-bone, animal, bone, duvet and protein bone meal, protein concentrate, bone scrap, dried bone fat, bone fat, fat of animals, dried yeast, dried brewing yeast, amino acids and their analogues, which are always listed according to the species used, including when using groups of feed materials."
5. in Article 23 (1) (b):

6. in Article 23 (1) (e):
"(e) in the case of complete and complementary feedingstuffs for farmed animals to which meat, meat-and-bone, animal, bone, duvet and protein bone meal, protein concentrate, bone meal and bone meal are used, the labelling shall indicate the warning:" Feed contains feed materials made from mammalian tissue and is prohibited from feeding to ruminants. 7. In Article 23 (6) (c), the following is added after the words "feed characteristics':" column 2 of column 2 of Annex 7, unless they are contained in column 4 '.

46. In Annex 22, Group No 13 Thermal-blood-animal products are deleted.
Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry No. 77 / 1960 Coll., on the processing of grains in wages and mixing of feedingstuffs, is repealed.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
