DECLARATION
Ministry of Culture
of 1 July 1996
on the declaration of the territory of the selected parts of the landscape units for the conservation zones
The Ministry of Culture provides for the Czech National Council Act No. 20 / 1987 Coll., on State Monument Care, as amended by the Czech National Council Act No. 425 / 1990 Coll.:
The territory of the parts of the landscapes of Osovsko (district of Beroun), Žehusicko (district of Kutná Hora), Libějovico-Lomecko (district of Strakonice), Novohradsko (district of České Budějovice), Orlicko (district of Písek), Romovsko (district of České Budějovice), Chudenicko (district of Klatovy and district of Domažlice), Plasko (district of Plzeň-North), Valecko (district of Karlovy Vary and district of Louny), Lembersko (district of Česká Lípa), Zahradecko (district of Česká Lípa), Slatiňanskov-Slavicko (district of Čelice) and the district of Teplice.
The boundaries of the territory of the zones are defined in the annex to this decree and are indicated in maps which are deposited with the Ministry of Culture, the State Institute of Memorial Care in Prague and the District Authorities, the Memorial Institute of Central Bohemia, the Memorial Institute in Brno, the Memorial Institute in České Budějovice, the Memorial Institute in Pardubice, the Memorial Institute in Pilsen, the Memorial Institute in Ústí nad Labem according to their territorial competence and at the same time in the municipalities in whose territory the zones are located.
In order to ensure the protection of parts of the landscape and of the historical environment which have significant cultural values in the landscape with their seats, architectural files, individual monuments, land structure, communications, water areas, water flows, permanent crops and realised composite projects, the decisions and measures of the State Monument Care Authorities, as well as other public authorities under specific regulations, 1) in which the following are respected:
(a) the results of building historical, urban, archaeological and historical surveys, analyses and surveys of the territory and the results of analyses of the biological component of the territory;
b) Results of building historical and restoration surveys of individual objects,
(c) the values of the historical environment of the zone in relation to the use of the objects, areas and parts of the territory concerned and the conservation and restoration of historical timber;
(d) historical character, spatial arrangement, landscape dominance and scale of individual objects, residential bodies and landscapes;
(e) protection of archaeological findings.
The boundaries of the zones referred to in Article 1 shall be indicated in the relevant planning documentation and in the zoning documentation for its acquisition and, where appropriate, when making amendments and additions thereto.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.

AUSTRIA (Beroun County)
The border of the historical zone of the Osovsko region begins in the northwest, at the intersection of the road connecting the village Bykoska and Lažovice with the field route to the settlement of Lažovice. From this intersection it leads along the field road to Lažovice and further to the village of Výradice. The village goes around the western and northern edges of the built-up area and continues to the road connecting the village of Výradice - They did not snack. The road leads to the edge of the built-up area of the village of Nepočila. On the south side of the village it goes on the road leading to the railway stop Nesnajila. The border also leads along the railway line to the railway station Výradice. Here it changes direction to the southeast and along the road it leads to the crossroads between the municipalities of Vižina - Drahlovice and along the road to the pond on the edge of the forest. On the edge of the forest, the border is westbound and crossing the field path leading under the village Vižina, which leads to the railway line. Following it, the bridge continues across the railway line and along the western border of the cadastral territories of the municipalities of Skřipel and Lážovice leads to the starting point at the intersection of the road and the field road near the village of Lážovice.
RASSICO (Kutna Hora district)
The border of the monument zone of the landscape complex Žehusicko begins on the northeast side of the cadastral territory of the village of Saint Nicholas on the road Saint Nicholas - Kobylnice on the bridge through the Lanžhotský brook. It leads in a southeast direction along the northeastern border of the cadastral territory of Saint Nicholas to the road Habrkovice - Rohozec. On the road, the border leads south to the built-in edge of the village of Rohozec. Along the built edge of the village, the border continues along the road to bridge with the river Brslenka. From the bridge, it continues through the river trough towards the east to the confluence with the river Doubrava. The border changes direction to the south, the Doubrava river riverbed continues to the bridge to cross the road from Žehusice to Bork. It continues along the northern border of the cadastral territories of Žehusice, Bojmany and Vlačice before the village of Zezslav. Here the border changes direction and turns west along the road connecting the village Zezslav - Vlačice. Along the road it continues to the west towards the intersection of the roads near the village of Vlačice. It continues along the road, northwest towards the village of Druhanice. On the southern edge is around Druhanice and after crossing the road Chotusice - Druhanice is heading northwest along the southern border of the cadastral territory Žehusice to the road which leads to the village Chotusice. The village passes along the northern edge and along the road it heads towards the intersection of the roads where it breaks in the southwest direction, and further leads along the road to the edge of the village of Jakub. Along the northern edge of the village Jakub continues to the west towards the road towards the water flow Kleponárek. From the crossroads with the field path continues to the Ovčářický Pond. After the dam runs towards the stream bringing water to the pond. The corytes of the creek head north towards the mouth of the River Kleynarka. On Route 327, it continues north to the crossroads. From the crossroads he is still heading towards the northeast on the road which leads towards the village of Saint Catherine. In the locality Na Kačiny the border changes direction to the southeast and along the road it heads towards the built-up edge of the village of Saint Nicholas. Along the north-west edge of the village continues to the road connecting Saint Miloláš with the village of Kobylnice to the starting point of the zone at the bridge through the Lanžhotský brook.
LIBÍOVICKO- LOMECKO (Strakonice district)
The border of the monument zone of the landscape complex Libìjovicko-Lomecko begins in the north-east at the junction of the road Vodňany - České Budějovice with road to the village Černeves. The border continues along the road towards Český Budějovice to cross with the railway line. From there it continues in the southwest direction along the railway line. There's a stream crossing over the Rabinec pond. It continues upstream to the road connecting Krtels and Truskovice. Along the road leads to the northwest, around the village of Krtly, to the crossroads under the top of Lomec. The border is diverted to the left here, and along the road it goes northwest. Under the village Truskovice continues along the road to the eastern built edge of the village. Following the eastern edge of the built-up area of the village it is heading north, crossing the road and heading towards the village of Chelčice. The village passes by the western side of the built edge of the village and along the road leads in the north direction to Vodňan, to the railway line. The border of the Monument Zone identifies with the border of the City Monument Zone of Vodňany. Following the railway track continues to cross the railway line with the road Vodňany - Departure. Along the road it goes to the southeast, circling the eastern edge of the built-up area of the village Újezde and along the road it continues to the starting point, the intersection of roads near the booth 420.
NOVOHRAD (district of České Budějovice)
The border of the monument zone of the landscape complex Novohradsko begins in the south in the intersection of the state border with the Novohradska creek. After the stream flows, it leads west towards Zevlov's pond. It runs along its southern shore, in contact with the Vevera creek continues along the riverbed of this stream in the southern direction to the crossing point with the forest road, north of the village of Veveri. Following the forest road, the border is heading south-east towards the Vystí locality, where it connects to the southern boundary of the cadastral territory of the World. It continues along the southern border of the cadastral territory of Sveboha to the road Upper Stropnice - Svebody, on which it heads towards the village of Sveboha and along its built eastern and northern edge continues to cross with the field road leading along the dam of the New Pond towards the north. At the point of crossing with the stream flowing from the New Pond, the border of this stream continues to the pond Cartáčík, following its southwest bank to the gutter flowing from the village of Božejov. The crest of the crest of the border continues to the edge of the village of Božejov, which along the eastern and northern side passes to the road connecting the village of Božejov - Zár. On the road the border is directed towards the built-up territory of the village of Zár, which is circling the western and northern edges of the built-up area to the trough of the Jeřská creek. The border continues along the northern border of the cadastral territory of the village of Zár and the western and northern border of the village of the village of Nové Hrad. It crosses the railway line České Budějovice - České Velenice and continues to the forest road called Třeboňská alej. The border takes place at a distance of 20 m from the Třeboňská Alej tree heel in the entire length of the alleyway along the forest line towards the north to the northern border of the cadastral territory of Těšínov. Along this border it turns to the east to cross with the road Šalmovice - Jakola. Following the road he is heading southeast towards the railway line in the village of Jakule. The border continues along the railway line to the southeast, where it turns south on the eastern border of the cadastral territory of the village of Nakolic, and leads to the state border. It runs along this border to the west until the starting point.
ORLICCO (Sand County)
The border of the Landscape Area Orlicko begins in the north at the intersection of the road connecting the village of Kožlí near Orlík - Kozarovice with the road towards the water tank Orlík. The border is on the east road. After the edge of the forest in the location In kopanins it turns to the southeast and runs towards the water level of the tank. The boundary tracks the water level of the tank in the southeast direction. In the level of the village Staré Sedlo continues the old introductory, now partly flooded way, to the eastern edge of the village to the booth 402. It continues along the edge of the road towards the north, leading north of the village of Old Sedlo. It crosses the road, heads towards the village and along its edge leads to the road which continues west towards the edge of the forest. On the edge of the forest, it is heading west towards Sackek Pond. He's circling the south side of the water line. The border of the zone takes place at the edge of the Sosnovec forest unit. He follows the forested edge and continues to cross with the forest path. The border continues along the road towards the west, crossing the dam of the nameless pond and moving on to the Plzava pond. The pond is circling the southern bank, crossing its tributary and connecting to a forest road heading northeast towards the edge of the forest unit Vávrka. It continues along the edge of the forest to the road connecting the village of Leta with the municipalities of Kožlí nad Vltavou and Orlík nad Vltavou. After crossing the road the border continues along the forest road towards the northwest. The forest road is heading northwest. Before the presence of the Boc pond changes direction to the northeast and the forest road leads to the road between the municipalities of Kozarovice - Koží nad Orlík. At this point, the border changes towards the northwest and returns to its starting point on the road.
ROMOVIA (district of České Budějovice)
The border of the monument zone of the landscape complex Romovsko begins in the north, at the bridge on the road connecting the village of Romov - Stráňany. The creek continues on the southwest bank of the river Malše, where it changes direction to the southeast, and heads towards bridging the river between the municipalities of Romov - Pashinovice. It crosses the bridge to the right bank of the river and continues along its bank to the south. It follows the edge of the forest to cross with the field road, on which it continues south to the road on the dam of the valley of the Roman tank. It passes on the north side of the barrier, turns to the north and continues along the edge of the storm canal to the edge of the forest under the village of Romov. A short stretch along the edge of the forest is heading south. The border follows the edge of the forest to the forest path (under fence gardens). On this road he heads north to an alley passing between gardens. It continues west towards the west edge of the square. The west edge of the square takes place on the road on the north edge of the square. On this road, he's heading west to cross with the field road. On the way, he's heading north around the Roman pond to the New Pond dam. The border at the point of the stream flowing from the pond changes direction to the east and continues through the river trough to the starting point.
CHUDENICCO (Domazlice district and Klatovy district)
The border of the monument zone of the landscape complex Chudenicko begins in the north of the village Kanicka on the road Chocomyl - Kanicka - Zichov. In front of the village of Zichov it turns east along the southern edge of the village, crossing the stream and leading to the field road and towards the village of Vyšensko to the booth 476 (in the locality of Karlovy Vary). At this point, the border crosses onto the forest road and heads towards the southeast towards the stream, leading to the northeast towards the bridge through the Chudenice stream. It goes into the creek trough, changes direction to the southeast and continues to the bridge along the road connecting Chudenice to Bysov. Along the road, heading northeast. Behind the village of Býšov, at the point of exit of the forest road, in the location of the Farský forest, the border crosses to this road and follows it towards the border of the cadastral territory. It continues along the border of the cadastral territory to the road Chudenice - Chlumská, crossing it and along the forest it reaches the forest road. The short section leads to the east and the trough of the Bělýšovský creek leads to the bridge on the road Slatina - Chudenice, after which it continues to the village Slatina. The village goes around its western edge, crosses the road Slatina - Lucice and continues in the southern direction along the field road to the Free River. His trough is heading west. From the confluence with another stream the border of the river continues to the south-west until the road leading to Lucice. The road is planted with a tree alley. The border is therefore 20 m from the foot of the trees east of the road edge and heading south. At the crossroads in the location Farská hůrka turns towards the north-west and along the road it heads towards the intersection with the road leading to the village of Pušimík. The village is circling the northern edge, crossing the forest road under the ruins of Pušnik Castle, on which it continues to the edge of the forest. The short section along the field path continues to the edge of the forest section of the Rear Poline. The edge of the forest is heading north and northwest towards the road leading to the village of Bezpravovice. Along the road, it heads towards the built-in edge of the village of Bezpravovice, which is surrounded by its southern, eastern and northern edges. From the northern edge of the village, it continues by a short section along the road to a crossroads along the edge of the forest (in the place of Equation). The edge of the forest is towards the north towards the road between the municipalities of Chocomysl - Lucice. It crosses the road and heads along the edge of the forest towards the trough of a nameless stream. Passing into the creek trough, heading northwest, towards the pond in the location under the hazelnut. He goes around the pond and the village Kanička on the eastern edge of the village and returns to the starting point.
PLASKA (Pilsen-North district)
The border of the landscape zone of Plasko begins on its western edge in the confluence of the River Shots with a stream flowing from the ravine called Hell on the northwestern edge of the plasma boiler. The border runs north against the flow of the stream towards the Plasy - Upper Hradiště road and then continues in the direction to the Upper Hradiště until the road is turned away from the forest. The border follows the western edge of the forest over the ravine of Hell and then leads in the north direction to cubicle 481 on the hill. From this point the border continues in the eastern direction along the road Upper Hradiště - Zebnice. The village of Zebnice passes along the western built area of the village and continues along it through the settlements of Sokolka and Rouda to a right-hand turn on the forest road. The border takes place along this forest road in the southeast direction to the crossing with the forest road leading south below the western peak of the Burnt Mountain (booth 514) on the road to the village Babina. The border leads further along the road in the southern direction to cross it with the Nestrazinskaya stream on the northern edge of Babina, which is circling the western edge of the built area back to the Nestrazinska stream. It continues with the Nebrázinska stream before the municipality of Nebrázina. The village goes around its eastern, northern and western built-up territory and leads back to the River Shell. It crosses the river and along its right bank it continues upstream to the beginning of a closed valley between Spitál hill (cubit 410) and the forest elevation of Panholec. From there, the border is heading southwest along the trench towards the railway track and following it in the direction of Pilsen continues to the forest road above the ravine in front of the railway bridge through the Rybnický stream. The border leads through the forest road to the Rybnice road - Plasses and along this road towards Rybnice to the turn, which continues through the forest to the north edge of the sports airport. Here the border crosses the road connecting the Plas to the airport and continues to the forest. It follows the eastern edge of the forest through the 405 cubicle and heads towards the crossing point of the Loman creek, the railway line (viaduct) and the Platy - Lomany road. From this point on the eastern edge of the forest unit Bor around the local swimming pool returns to the starting point.
VALEČSKA (Karlovy Vary and Louny County)
The border of the historical zone of the Valessko landscape complex begins in the north-west of the Sklarna grove. Following the boundary of the cadastral territory, which is later connected to the forest road, it heads towards the east, towards the edge of the forest. The edge of the forest is facing northwest towards the location under the Sibenice Hill. It crosses the Mlýnecký stream and the west edge of the forest along the creek heads southeast. From the bridge it continues through the top of Jedlina to the settlement of Ořkov. From this location it continues in the eastern direction along the field road to the village Hlina and further to the village Vrbka. The village is circling the southern built edge of the village. On the eastern edge of the village it passes on a field road towards the village of Dvorek. In front of the village it changes direction, goes around the settlement on the south side and continues to the south by the field route, crosses the Vrbíčský stream, heads towards the road Mlýnce - Skýtaly, crosses it, leads to the Mlýnecký stream, along which it leads to the village Skýtaly. The eastern edge of the built-up area is heading southwest along the field road to Lower and Upper Záhoří. Along the western edge of the area, the village passes by and along the road leads to the village of Nahoříčice. Along its north and west side it reaches Petrov's Mill and further to the intersection of the roads Nahoříčice - Libkovice and Libkovice - Kostrčany. Here it changes direction to the northwest and along the road it moves towards the village of Kostrčany. From the southern edge of the village it turns to the field road and leads along it to the northern region of the village Vrbice to the road Vrbice - Bělá. Along the road heading northwest towards the village of Bělá, where it moves to the local road and returns to the starting point.
The President
Landscape border Prestan- Chlumec-Varvájov begins in the village of Varvajov in the crossing of the road 248 with the creek and continues south along the creek to the intersection with the road I / 13, which overloads in the area of the building, continues along this road to the western edge of the former quarry and along its western border towards the village Chlumec to the stream. It continues along him and the north side of the pond, circling the castle pond on its eastern side and moving south towards the fence of the garden grounds, which follows up to the intersection of roads. From there it continues in a southeast direction along the road to the intersection of E 442. Here it breaks, follows the road E 442 in northwest direction, at the intersection with the road I / 13 (Teplice - Decin) breaks again and follows it in southwest direction to the eastern edge of the village of Skelechleby in Teplice district. The village is circling the northeast border and continuing along local communication (Skelechleby - Unčín) in northern direction towards the village of Unčín. It leads along the eastern side of the village, overloaded road 253, continues along the eastern side of the village to the railway line Krupka - Telnice. The railway line also forms the northern border of the landscape monument zone in the whole section up to Ždírnický potok, where it includes a bypass of the land with a monument, and follows the railway line up to the field road in front of the village of Varvájov. Here the border breaks in the eastern direction and along the creek continues to the road 248, where the border of the monument zone closes.
LEMBERIA (Česká Lípa district)
The border of the historical zone of the Lemberg complex begins on the eastern edge of the village of Knežička on the road connecting Knežíčky to the village of Lvová. It continues in the eastern direction along this road (along the border of the cadastral territory) and further along the plateau of the forest to a cubicle 350, which goes all the way to the road Lvová - Rynoltice, and continues along the eastern border of the cadastral territory of the village of Lvová and further along the forest road to the village Kunová. He's moving south to cubicle 411, further down the road to cubicle 388. Here, it turns sharply west along the special-purpose road and further northwest towards the forest border. From this border, the southern and then the western border of the forest continue along the edge of the forest to the Markvartic pond. It passes through its quay, turns north on its bank about 60 metres, turns northwest on the border of the building to Jablonné road in Podjedědí - Lvová. The roads form the border of the zone to the release of the Priest creek. It forms the border of the zone to the Decin - Liberec road. Around 50 metres in the southwest direction, it turns north, circling the Black Pond. Furthermore, the border of the zone consists of the Priest stream and the road through which the village of Priestess passes, crosses the road Lvová - Priestries and turns east to the point of origin where the border of the zone closes.
ZAGRÁDECKO (Česká Lípa district)
Landscape border The castle begins in the settlement of the New Court on the bridge of the field road through the Robeč stream. It continues in the eastern direction along the borders of the cadastral territory of Zahradka, intersects the road 291 Česká Lípa - Záhradky, continues along the borders of the cadastral territory and further along the northeastern bank of the Novozámecký pond up to the village of Jestřebí-Provezin, which passes through to the road Provozín-Jestřebí. Here it breaks down to the southwest, and along this road it goes to Yestřebí. At the intersection with the road I / 291 it breaks and continues along it in the direction of Zahradka. Behind the box 261 it breaks again and continues along the borders of the cadastral territories of Zahradka and the cockroaches to the Koží Roh settlement. From there it continues along the road to the village of Holany. The village is circling the southern border of the built-up area and following the road Holany - Closeled. It follows this road in the western direction, an overloaded stream powered by a Dolan pond, and after about 50 metres in the turn of the road it turns the border towards the north. It continues along the border of the cadastral territory of the Svělínky on a cubit 335, here it turns again along the field road towards the north towards the village of Svlovínky, crossing the railway line of the Svělínky - Zahrádky along the road to the bridge through the Bobří potok. It goes around the eastern part of the village to the road of Crestínky - Zahrádky and in the eastern direction it continues to the sky pond. It follows its northwest and northern shores to the inlet of the stream in the northeastern part of the pond, passes through the rock estate and returns to a road that is perpendicular to the overload, and continues along the road towards the southeast. At the underpass, the railway line turns east and tracks the body of the railway line up to the railway station Zahradka at the border of the cadastral territory of Zahradka. Here it breaks to the north and continues along the border of the cadastral territory until the settlement of the New Court where the border of the zone closes.

The border of the Landscape Area near Hradec Králové begins in the north-west of the village of Hnejejoves on the railway bridge through the river Bystřice. Along the railway line of the border is headed towards the exit to the railway station Sendražice. From the railway station continues towards the south to cubicle 259 and further along the road to the village of Sendražice. It continues along the road connecting the village of Sendražice - Indiště to the southwest. The village bypasses the eastern edge of the built-up territory. From the crossroads, at the southern edge of the village, the border runs south along the road to the intersection east of the village of the World. The village of the World is circling the east side. It continues south on the road to the village of Bříza. The village of Bříz also passes the eastern border and continues along the road towards the village of Chaloupka. Along the western side passes the village of Chaloupka and leads to a crossroads near the village of Charbuzice. It leads to this village, circling it along the southern edge and along the way it continues to the village of Šežerka. It is heading west on the road to the crossroads from where it leads to the village of Upper Pří. It passes along its southern edge and continues along the road connecting the village of Nová Pří and Lower Pří. It leads to the village of Dolní Pří, in front of the village turns west on the road which is heading towards Lubno. Behind the bridge through the Radostovský stream turns north and continues along the way to the village of Popovice. The village passes along the west side of the village and continues along the road to the village Třesovice. Again the village passes along its western edge, continues to the intersection and turns on the road towards the village of Mokrovousy. Once again, the village goes around the western edge of the village and along the road it goes to the village of Dohalice. It crosses the railway line and turns west, leading around the village of Sadová to the road I / 35 Hradec Králové - Jicin and along the western and northern edge of the villages of Sadová, Soviet and Hniejoves heading towards the starting point at the railway bridge through the river Bystřice.
SLATINAN-SLAVICCO (Chrudim County)
The border of the monument zone of the Slatinanska-Slavicko landscape complex begins on the bridge, where the road between the municipalities of Svídnice and Lukavice crosses the river Chrudimek. On this road the border goes east towards the crossing with the road I / 37 Slatinany - Savrky. The border is heading south along this road. The village of Vysoňín is circling the western border and on the southern edge it is again continuing along the state road to the south. The village of Pila near Lebanon, Lebanon and Drahotice goes around the western edge of the village. In front of the village of Nasavrka, it passes from the road I / 37 to the road that leads around the former brewery, to the square. From there, the Strádovská street to the river Debrný and further against the stream Debrný until the road II / 337 before the village Hodonin. From the eastern edge of the village continues along the southern edge of the built-up area to the village of Libkov. Before the village Libkov changes direction to the northwest along the western border of the cadastral territory of the village České Lhotice, Licibořice and Smrková Týnek. Following the western edge of the built-up territory of the village of Lipina it heads towards the northern region where it crosses the road connecting the village of Lipina - Rabstejn. From the southern edge of the village Rabštejn the border continues on the western edge again to the road towards the village Rabštejnská Lhota. The village is circling the northwest border. On the road, from the northern edge of the village, the border takes place to the intersection of roads between the municipalities of Sobechy - Slatinany. It continues along the road to the river Chrudim and along the river Chrudimky leads to the bridge on the road between the municipalities of Candle and Lukavice, where is the starting point.
MODIFICATION (Třebíč district)
Landscape border The town square starts at the northwest edge of Náměště nad Záslavou in the bend road (near the location Námek). It leads along the road to the north-east and further north-west towards the edge of the forest of Zv Baba, changing direction to the north-east and leading to booth 461 at the intersection of the roads Náměště nad Záslavou - Jinošov. It continues along the road in the northeast direction and in front of the village Jinošov changes direction to the southeast and continues along the boundary wall of the castle with park Schönwald. It continues in the south direction along the path around the pheasant by the castle. It is connected to another road in the location On the hill and continues west towards the road Jinošov - Kralice nad Záslavou. Along this road it goes south to the village of Kralice nad Záslavou. At the crossing point of the road with a stream flowing out of the pond, the border leads briefly through this stream. In addition, the village of Kralice nad Sladová passes the east along the built-up edge (outside the area serving agricultural activities). In the crossing point of the road Náměště nad Záslavou - Ratition with Jinošovský creek the border continues through the trough of this stream to the crossing with the railway line Brno - Třebíč. It continues south under the village of Kralice nad Záslavou in the western direction along the railway line.
