GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 16 August 1995
fixing the preferential rate of duty applicable to imports of certain agricultural and food products originating in the European Union
The Government orders pursuant to § 56 paragraph 2 and § 57 paragraph 1 point f) of the Czech National Council Act No. 13 / 1993 Coll., Customs Act:
(1) Customs duties shall be charged on imported goods originating in the European Union under tariff quotas according to preferential customs duties.
(2) The goods benefiting from preferential customs duties, tariff quotas and preferential customs duties are set out in the Annex to this Regulation.
GOODS ORIGINATING IN THE EUROPEAN UNION MEANS GOODS WHICH COMPLY WITH THE CONDITIONS LAID DOWN IN SPECIFIC REGULATION (1)
For the period of validity of this Regulation, the rates of duty laid down in Decree No. 265 / 1994 Coll., Customs Tariff, shall not apply to the goods defined in Paragraph 1 and under the conditions defined therein.
(1) This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
(2) This Regulation shall expire on 31 December 1995.
