imposing collective agreements of a higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs states that the following higher-level collective agreements have been imposed on him:
1. Collective contract of higher degree for the years 2023 - 2032 concluded on 26 April 2023 between the Contracting Parties
Trade union of energy and mining
and
The employment association of the mining and diesel industry;
2. Collective contract of higher degree for the years 2023 - 2025 concluded on 29 May 2023 between the Contracting Parties
Trade union of workers of wood-working industries, forestry and water management in the Czech Republic
and
Czech Association of Employers in Forestry
and
Czech Association of Entrepreneurs in Forestry.
