DECISION
PRESIDENT OF THE SENATE OF THE PARLIAMENT OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC
of 27 June 2022
declaring the President of the Republic
Pursuant to Article 56 (8) and taking into account Article 56 (7) of Constitutional Act No. 1 / 1993 Coll., the Constitution of the Czech Republic, as amended by the later constitutional laws, and § 3 (1) of Act No. 275 / 2012 Coll., on the Choice of the President of the Republic and on the amendment of certain laws (Act on the Choice of the President of the Republic),
Decide
The President of the Republic shall be appointed by the President of the Republic on Friday and Saturday, 13 and 14 January 2023.
