GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 29 July 2015
amending Government Regulation No 178 / 2011 Coll., laying down certain pyrotechnic articles, the conditions under which they may be imported and the model application for authorisation
The Government orders pursuant to § 18 of Act No. 228 / 2005 Coll., on the control of trade in products whose possession is restricted in the Czech Republic for security reasons and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended by Act No. 281 / 2013 Coll., to implement § 1 (2) of the Act:
Government Regulation No 178 / 2011 Coll., laying down certain pyrotechnic articles, the conditions under which they may be imported and the model application for authorisation are amended as follows:
1. footnote 1 shall read:
"(1) Act No. 206 / 2015 Coll., on pyrotechnic articles and on the treatment of pyrotechnic articles and on the amendment of certain laws (pyrotechnic Act). '.
2. Annex 1, including footnotes 2 and 3, reads as follows:
"Annex No 1 to Government Regulation No 178 / 2011 Coll.
List of specified products whose import in the Czech Republic is restricted for safety reasons
(pursuant to § 1 (1) (b) of the Act)

A / 1 A certificate issued pursuant to Act No. 156 / 2000 Coll., on the Verification of Firearms, Ammo and Pyrotechnic Articles and on the Treatment of Certain Pyrotechnic Products, as amended, or a certificate issued pursuant to Act No. 206 / 2015 Coll., on Pyrotechnic Products and on the Modification of Certain Laws (Pyrotechnic Act), or a certificate issued by a notified body in another Member State of the European Union pursuant to Directive 2007 / 23 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 May 2007 on the placing of pyrotechnic articles on the market and Directive 2013 / 29 / EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 June 2013 on the harmonisation of the laws of the laws of the Member States relating to the making available of pyrotechnic articles on the market.
B / 1 Contract for the import of a product or other similar document, such as confirmed order, invoice, proforma invoice.

Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on the 15th day following its publication.
