DECLARATION
of 4 July 2013
repealing certain legislation on the publication of specially protected territories
The Ministry of the Environment provides pursuant to § 90 (11) of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on Nature and Landscape Protection, as amended by Act No. 218 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 312 / 2008 Coll. and Act No. 349 / 2009 Coll.:
It shall be repealed:
1. Ordinance of the District Administrative Commission of Mikulov No. 8.963 / 1-VII on the establishment of the National Natural Reservation of Dunajovicka Hill, of 10 May 1946.
2. The proceeds of the Ministry of Culture No. 1604 / 56 - A / 6, on the establishment of the State Nature Reserve Stará River, of 5 March 1956.
3. Proceeds of the Regional National Committee in Bruntal No 457 / 087 on the establishment of a protected natural creation of the Rešov Falls, dated 26 April 1966.
4. Decree of the District National Committee in Bruntal on the establishment of a protected natural creation of the Resov Falls, 25 October 1989.
5. Decree of 20 April 1989 of the National Committee of the City of Brno determining the protected natural creation of the Stránská Rock.
6. Proceeds of the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Republic No 15 732 / 74, on the establishment of the State Nature Reserve of Žofinka, of 16 January 1975.
7. Proceeds of the Ministry of Education, Science and Art No. 37854 / 52-V-VII / 5, Reservation "Kamenice" - Establishment, of 10 July 1952.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 August 2013.
