on the announcement of elections to the Senate of the Parliament of the Czech Republic, to the councils of the municipalities and councils of the urban districts and urban areas in the statutory cities and to the representative offices of the capital city of Prague and the councils of its urban areas
I.
Pursuant to Article 63 (1) (f) of the Constitution of the Czech Republic and Article 1 (3) of Act No. 247 / 1995 Coll., on elections to Parliament of the Czech Republic and amending and supplementing certain other laws, as amended,
Announcing elections
to the Senate of the Parliament of the Czech Republic
in constituencies 1, 4, 7, 10, 13, 16, 19, 22, 25, 28, 31, 34, 37, 40, 43, 46, 49, 52, 55, 58, 61, 64, 67, 70, 73, 76 and 79
and set their dates for Friday and Saturday 15 and 16 October 2010.

Pursuant to § 3 (1) of Act No. 491 / 2001 Coll., on elections to municipal councils and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended,

to municipal and municipal councils in statutory cities
and set their dates for Friday and Saturday 15 and 16 October 2010.

Pursuant to § 123 of Act No. 131 / 2000 Coll., on the Capital City of Prague, as amended, and § 3 (1) of Act No. 491 / 2001 Coll., on elections to municipal councils and amending certain laws, as amended,
