DECLARATION
of 20 May 2005
on the form and content of compliance with the public aid information requirement
Pursuant to Section 9 of Act No. 215 / 2004 Coll., on the modification of certain public aid relations and the amendment of the Act on the promotion of research and development, the Office for the Protection of Competition provides:
The public aid provider shall submit to the Competition Authority electronically in accordance with the specific legislation1), in accordance with the form set out in the Annex to this Regulation, data on the public aid granted (2) in the previous calendar year.
The form set out in the Annex to this Order shall be accessible in a manner which allows remote access.
The data referred to in Article 1 for 2004 may be communicated in writing.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 June 2005.
