DECLARATION
Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs
of 7 September 1999
extending the commitment of a collective agreement to a higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides pursuant to Section 7 of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining:
The collective contract of a higher degree concluded by the Arbitrator's decision of 21 April 1999 between the trade union of workers of the woodworking industries, forestry and water management in the Czech Republic and the Union of Water Management (CR1), as amended on 28 May 19992, is binding on the employers listed in the Annex as well.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
