Czech National Council
of 20 December 1988
on the State Budget of the Czech Socialist Republic for 1989
The Czech National Council decided on this law:
(1) The total revenue of the State Budget of the Czech Socialist Republic (hereinafter referred to as the "State Budget of the Republic") is fixed at:

| (příloha č. 1). |
(2) The state budget of the Republic includes financial relations with the budgets of the national committees, namely:
| neúčelové dotace ve výši | 26 641 000 000 Kčs, |
| účelové subvence ve výši | 24 940 600 000 Kčs |
| (příloha č. 2). |
The Government of the Czech Socialist Republic, or under its authority the Minister for Finance, Prices and Wages, may, unless this is without prejudice to the balance of the state budget of the Republic, reflect, in particular, changes in the state budget of the Czech Socialist Republic's implementation plan for the development of the national economy, organisational, methodological and price changes, changes in the context of the adjustment of economic instruments in foreign trade, changes in the level of the Czechoslovak krona course and the adjustment of non-purpose subsidies and special-purpose subsidies in the budgets of the national committees, where the conditions under which non-purpose subsidies and purpose subsidies have been established have changed.
This Act shall take effect on 1 January 1989.
