determining certain local national committees as the building office of the first stool.
The Ministry of Construction declares in agreement with the Ministry of Interior pursuant to § 13 (2) of Act No. 280 / 1949 Coll., on the zoning and construction of municipalities:
The following local national committees shall be responsible by the building authority of the first stools:
1. In the region of Prague: Beroun, Český Brod, Kladno, Kolín, Kostelec nad Černých Lesy, Kralupy nad Vltavou, Kutná Hora, Lysá nad Labem, Mělík, Mladá Byslav, Modřany, Nymburk, Poděbrady, Pribram, Radotín, Rakovnice, Salná a Vlaší.
2. In the region of Českobudejovický: Jindřich Hradec, Písek, Soběslav, Strakonice and Tabor.
3. In the region of Pilsen: Domazlice and Klatovy.
4. In the region of Karlovy Vary: Františkova Spa, Cheb and Mariánska Spa.
5. In the county of Ústí: Bílina, Chomutov, Louny, Teplice and Žatec.
6. In the region of Pardubice: Česká Třebová, Litomyšl, Polička and Ústí nad Orlicí.
7. In the region of Jihlava: Havlickova Brod, Humpolec, Pelhrimov, Třebíč, the Great Mezirich and Zdar nad Sazavou.
8. Znojmo.
9. In Olomouc: Boundary, Jeseník, Kojetín, Lipnik nad Bečvou, Přerov, Prostějov, Rýmařov, Šternberk and Šumperk.
10. In the counties of Gottwalds: Kromerij.
11. In the region of Ostrava: Bohumín, Karviná, Místek and Třinec.
12. In the region of Bratislava: Piestans, Trenčín and Trnava.
13. In the region of Nitran: Komárno, Left and New Castle.
14. In the region of Banskobystrický: Rimava Saturday and Zvolen.
15. In the region of Žilinský: Túzniansky St. Martin.
This decree shall take effect on 1 January 1951.
