Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture
of 23 August 1949
on the delegation of responsibilities of the Ministry of Agriculture in library matters for new land reform.
The Ministry of Agriculture declares pursuant to Paragraph 18 (1) of the Act of 21 March 1948, No 46 Coll., on a new land reform (permanent modification of ownership of agricultural and forestry land):
The National Land Fund at the Ministry of Agriculture is transferred to the provision of library order on the land allocated under Act No. 46 / 1948 Coll.
This decree takes effect on the day of its publication and applies in Czech countries.
