DECLARATION
of 4 July 2013
amending Decree No. 46 / 2010 Coll., on the jurisdiction of administrations of national parks and administrations of protected landscape areas to exercise government administration in administrative districts consisting of national natural reserves, national natural monuments and their protection zones, as amended
According to § 78 (1) of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on Nature and Landscape Protection, as amended by Act No. 218 / 2004 Coll. and Act No. 381 / 2009 Coll.:
The Annex to Decree No. 46 / 2010 Coll., on the jurisdiction of administrations of national parks and administrations of protected landscape areas to exercise government administration in administrative districts consisting of national natural reserves, national natural monuments and their protection zones, as amended by Decree No. 163 / 2011 Coll., Decree No. 324 / 2011 Coll. and Decree No. 216 / 2012 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In the row "Administration of the Protected Landscape Region of Jeseníky 'in the column" National Natural Monuments', the words "Resov Falls (368) 'are deleted.
2. In the row "Administration of the Protected Landscape Region of Jeseníky 'in the column" National Nature Reservation', the words "Rešov Falls (368) 'are inserted after the words" Rejviz (371)'.
3. In the row "Administration of the Protected Landscape Area of Pálava 'in the column" National Natural Heritage', the words "Kukles' are inserted after the words" Calendar of Ages (2318) '.
4. In the row "Administration of the Protected Landscape Area Třeboňsko 'in the column" National Nature Reservations', the words "Old River (407) 'are replaced by the words" Old and New River (407)'.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 August 2013.
