THE LAW
of 17 June 2011
amending Act No. 219 / 1995 Coll., Foreign Exchange Act, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act No. 219 / 1995 Coll., Foreign Exchange Act, as amended by Act No. 159 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 362 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 482 / 2001 Coll., Act No. 126 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 257 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 354 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 444 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 254 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 227 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 281 / 2009 Coll. is amended as follows:
1. in Articles 3 (4) (c) and 3 (6) (b), the words "paragraph 3" shall be replaced by the words "paragraph 2."
2. In Article 3, the following paragraph 5 is inserted after paragraph 4, including footnote 23:
"(5) If a registration of a natural person who is an entrepreneur under the Commercial Code is to be carried out and who has not yet been assigned a person's identification number, the Czech National Bank shall assign the person's identification number provided by the administrator of the basic register to him / her 23).

Paragraphs 5 and 6 shall become paragraphs 6 and 7.
3. in Article 3d (3), the words "persons" shall be added at the end of the text in points (b) and (c).
(4) Article 17, including the title and footnotes 12 to 13c, shall be deleted.
Efficacy
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
