DECLARATION

repealing Decree No. 90 / 1997 Coll., on the introduction of an import deposit, as amended by Decree No. 102 / 1997 Coll.
The Ministry of Industry and Trade provides pursuant to § 56 paragraph 1 (b) of Act No. 42 / 1980 Coll., on Economic Relations with Foreign Affairs, as amended by Act No. 102 / 1988 Coll., Act No. 113 / 1990 Coll., Act No. 513 / 1991 Coll., Act No. 228 / 1992 Coll. and Act No. 223 / 1994 Coll.:
Decree No. 90 / 1997 Coll., on the introduction of an import deposit, as amended by Decree No. 102 / 1997 Coll., is hereby repealed.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
