on the special duty allowances of professional officers, officers and agitators outside the service classes of professional judicial office services and other staff of military judicial offices.
The Constitutional National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on this law:
§ 1.
The special allowance provided for in Article 1 of the Law of 12 April 1946, No 103 Coll., on the special service allowances of professional Judges and other judicial staff, shall be for professional officers, officers and genders outside the service classes of professional judicial office and for military judicial offices and other staff.
§ 2.
This Law shall take effect on 1 January 1946; It shall be implemented by the Minister of National Defence in agreement with the Ministers involved.
