DECLARATION
of 21 June 2023
on the list of employment for which high qualifications are evidenced by higher professional skills and the minimum period of professional experience required to demonstrate professional skills
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides, pursuant to § 42i (2) and § 182 (3) of Act No. 326 / 1999 Coll., on the residence of foreigners in the Czech Republic and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended by Act No. 427 / 2010 Coll. and Act No. 173 / 2023 Coll., ("the Act '):
In order to achieve a higher professional skill in accordance with § 42i (2) of the Act, professional experience of at least 3 years shall be required, which the blue card applicant has obtained in the seven years immediately preceding the application.
Employment, which is evidenced by higher professional skills, is a job according to the Classification of Employment Groups (CZ- ISCO) published by the Czech Static Offices (1) marked by code and name
(a) 133 ICT management staff;
(b) 25 ICT specialists.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 July 2023.
