DECLARATION
of 1 July 2011
amending Decree No 411 / 2008 Coll., on the determination of animal species requiring special care
The Ministry of Agriculture provides pursuant to § 29 (1) of Act No. 246 / 1992 Coll., for the protection of animals against abuse, as amended by Act No. 77 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 312 / 2008 Coll. and Act No. 291 / 2009 Coll., for the implementation of § 13 (11) Act:
Decree No 411 / 2008 Coll., on the determination of species of animals requiring special care, is amended as follows:
1. in Paragraph 1, point (b) is deleted;
Point (c) shall be renumbered (b).
2. Article 3, including the title and footnote 3, shall be deleted;
3. In the Annex, the words "and the manner and place of their permanent unmistakable marking, where the application concerns an animal which must be so marked 'are deleted.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 August 2011.
