DECLARATION
of 24 July 2007
repealing certain Regulations of the Czech National Bank
The Czech National Bank provides for the Act No. 6 / 1993 Coll., on the Czech National Bank, as amended by Act No. 57 / 2006 Coll., and pursuant to § 8 (6) of Act No. 219 / 1995 Coll., Foreign Exchange Act, as amended by Act No. 482 / 2001 Coll.:
The following shall be deleted:
1. Decree No. 514 / 2002 Coll., laying down the conditions for determining the purpose of the payments needed for the compilation of the balance of payments of the Czech Republic.
2. Decree of the Czech National Bank No. 183 / 2002 Coll., laying down the procedure for foreign exchange points when making payments to and from abroad and towards foreigners.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2008.
