On 24 June 2003, the Constitutional Court decided, in plenary, on a proposal from the Regional Office in Nový Jičín to abolish the generally binding Decree of the municipality of Vražny No 02 / 2001 on a local fee for the operation of the collection, collection, transport, sorting, recovery and disposal of municipal waste on 12 December 2001.
as follows:
Parts of Article 6 (2), as amended, "(may be replaced by a written affidavit by the owner of the property where the exempted taxpayer is so declared to have permanent residence from the fee) 'and Article 9 (2), as amended by" or by the person referred to in Article 3 of this Order' and Article 7 (2) of the Ordinary Order of the municipality of Vražné No 02 / 2001 on the local charge for the operation of the collection, collection, transport, sorting, recovery and disposal of municipal waste of 12 December 2001 shall be deleted from the date of publication of this finding in the Collection of Acts.
The proposal to repeal the other provisions of this Ordinary Order is rejected.
