DECLARATION
Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs
of 11 August 1997
amending and supplementing Decree of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs No. 82 / 1993 Coll., on reimbursement for residence in social care establishments, as amended
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides, pursuant to § 58 (c) of the Act of the Czech National Council No. 114 / 1988 Coll., on the jurisdiction of the Czech Socialist Republic bodies in social security, as amended by the Act of the Czech National Council No. 144 / 1991 Coll. and the Act of the Czech National Council No. 582 / 1991 Coll., and under § 177a (1) of the Act No. 100 / 1988 Coll., on Social Security, as amended by the Act of the Czech National Council No. 37 / 1993 Coll., and Act No. 307 / 1993 Coll.:
Decree of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs No. 82 / 1993 Coll., on reimbursement for residence in social care establishments, as amended by Decree No. 138 / 1994 Coll., Decree No. 146 / 1995 Coll., Decree No. 66 / 1996 Coll. and Decree No. 262 / 1996 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 1 (1) (b) and (c) reads as follows:
"(b) for housing
| 1. v obytné místnosti se třemi a více obyvateli | 23 Kč, |
| 2. v obytné místnosti se dvěma obyvateli | 28 Kč, |
| 3. v obytné místnosti s jedním obyvatelem | 36 Kč, |
(c) necessary services
| 1. při celoročním nebo týdenním pobytu v ústavu | 39 Kč, |
| 2. při denním pobytu v ústavu | 22 Kč; |
cleaning, washing and cooking shall be deemed necessary. ';
2. In the second sentence of Paragraph 15 (1), the word "other 'is deleted.
3. Article 15 (2), including footnote 12, reads:
"(2) The basic rate of payment for 1 m2 of floor space is CZK 9 per month; the base rate may be increased according to local conditions up to an amount corresponding to the maximum price of the basic monthly rent per square metre of the floor area of the apartment of the relevant category determined in the municipality under the specific rental regulations of the apartment. 12)
12) § 5a of the Decree of the Ministry of Finance No. 176 / 1993 Coll., on rent from the apartment and payment for the supply provided with the use of the apartment, as amended by Decree No. 30 / 1995 Coll. and Decree No. 86 / 1997 Coll. '
4. In Paragraph 17 (1), the amount "130 CZK 'is replaced by" 150 CZK'.
5. In the second and third sentences of Paragraph 18 (3), "CZK 143 'is replaced by" CZK 165'; in the second sentence, "CZK 90 'is replaced by" CZK 100'; in the fourth sentence, "CZK 75 'is replaced by" CZK 85'.
6. In Paragraph 18 (5), the amount "70 CZK 'is replaced by" 80 CZK'.
7. Paragraph 18 (8) shall be deleted.
Paragraphs 9 to 13 shall be renumbered paragraphs 8 to 12.
8. In Paragraph 18 (9), the words "use of lift," the amount "150 CZK" shall be inserted after the word "space," and the following words shall be added at the end: "for one person."
This Decree shall take effect on 1 September 1997.
