DECLARATION

amending Decree No. 258 / 1992 of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic Coll., which publishes a list of health performance with points, as amended
The Ministry of Health shall, following a conciliation procedure with representatives of the Ministry of Finance, General Health Insurance, other health insurance companies, contractual medical institutions, professional organisations established by law and professional scientific companies pursuant to § 13 (3) of the Act of the Czech National Council No. 550 / 1991 Coll., on General Health Insurance, as amended by Act No. 59 / 1995 Coll.:
Decree of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic No. 258 / 1992 Coll., which publishes a list of health performance with point values, as amended by Decree No. 263 / 1993 Coll., Decree No. 90 / 1994 Coll., Decree No. 151 / 1994 Coll. and Decree No. 112 / 1995 Coll., is amended as follows:
In the list of health performances with point values1) in Chapter 41 entitled "Average hospitalisation periods established on days per field ', the heading of geriatrics reads:

This Decree shall take effect on 1 August 1996.
