Ministry of Foreign Affairs
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs announces that, following the assent of the Parliament of the Czech Republic and the approval of the President of the Czech Republic, the date of 29 June 1995 was terminated:
Payment agreements between the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic and the Protocol between the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic on the payment of the settlement of mutual claims and obligations of legal persons and natural persons - entrepreneurs formed before 8 February 1993, which is an integral part of the Treaty, signed in Prague on 4 February 1993 and published under No 64 / 1993 Coll., 1)
Supplement No 1 to the Payment Agreement between the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic, signed in Prague on 20 May 1993, published under No 258 / 1993 Coll.,
and
Agreements between the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic on the use of funds in national currencies in the field of mutual tourism and the Protocol between the Czech National Bank and the National Bank of Slovakia on the limits of exports and imports of funds in national currencies in the field of mutual tourism between the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic, which is an integral part of this Treaty, signed in Prague on 4 February 1993 and published under No 65 / 1993 Sb.1)
Both the Payment Agreement and the Protocol and Appendix 1 shall cease to apply in accordance with Article 10 (3) of the Treaty on 30 September 1995.
The Treaty on the use of funds in national currencies in the field of mutual tourism and the Protocol shall cease to apply on 30 September 1995 pursuant to Article 10 (3) thereof.
At the same time, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs announces that, under the authority of the Government of the Czech Republic, the entry into force of:
Agreements between the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic and the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic and the Czech National Bank and the National Bank of Slovakia on the implementation of certain types of payments in the foreign exchange area, signed in Prague on 4 February 1993 and published under No 80 / 1993 Coll., 1)
and
Appendix 1 to the Agreement between the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic and the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic and the Czech National Bank and the National Bank of Slovakia concerning the implementation of certain types of payments in the foreign exchange area, signed in Bratislava on 26 June 1993 and published under No 200 / 1993 Coll.
The Agreement and Appendix 1 shall cease to apply in accordance with the text of Article VIII (2) of the Agreement on 30 September 1995.
