THE LAW
Slovak National Council
of 28 December 1968
on the declaration of laws and other legislation of the Slovak Socialist Republic
The Slovak National Council decided on this law:
The laws of the Slovak National Council and the legal measures of its Bureau shall be published in the Collection of Laws. *)
In the Collection of Laws, the following are further announced:
(a) the Decree of the Government of the Slovak Socialist Republic,
(b) a resolution by the Government of the Slovak Socialist Republic, which shall be designated by the Government to be published in the Collection of Laws,
(c) Ministries and other central bodies of the Slovak Socialist Republic,
(d) generally binding regulations, where appropriate, the Decree of the Regional National Committees, the National Committee of Slovakia Bratislava and the National Committees directly managed by the Government of the Slovak Socialist Republic, if their publication in the Collection of Laws is necessary or effective;
(e) other measures of the Slovak National Council, the Government, its members or central bodies of the Slovak Socialist Republic, if the Slovak National Council law so provides or if the nature of the case so requires.
The declaration of legislation and other measures referred to in Sections 1 and 2, where appropriate, shall be made in the same way as for other legislation and measures published in the Collection of Laws.
The publication of the legislation referred to in § 2 (a) and (c), where appropriate, of a notice of the issue of generally binding legislation by ministries and other central authorities of the Slovak Socialist Republic in the Collection of Laws, is a condition for their validity.
The Act of the Slovak National Council No. 1 / 1962 Coll., on the Announcement of Laws and Other Legislation of the Slovak National Council is hereby repealed.
This Act shall take effect on 1 January 1969.
