Government Regulation
of 2 December 1947
amending the provisions on the replacement of final editions and the loss of earnings of the sitting labour courts.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic hereby orders, pursuant to § 11, paragraph 1 of the Act of 4 July 1931, No 131 Coll., on the judiciary in disputes concerning employment, employment and teaching (on labour courts):
The Government Decree of 22 December 1931, No 217 Coll., providing for the reimbursement of final editions and the loss of earnings of the sitting labour courts, is amended and supplemented as follows:
1. in § 1, No 2, the amount of 20 CZK 70 CZK shall be replaced.
2. Paragraph 1, No 3 reads as follows:
"3. if the permanent stay on the journey and at the place of the court for more than six hours, the meals which it makes during the stay

| do dvanácti hodin | 40 Kčs, |
| delším než dvanáct hodin | 80 Kčs denně.“ |
3. in § 2, § 1, No 1, the amount of 30 CZK 60 CZK and in § 2, § 1, § 2 the amount of 50 CZK 100 CZK are replaced.
4. Paragraph 2 (2) is replaced by the following:
"(2) If the associate proves that he has suffered an injury to his earnings in excess of the compensation referred to in paragraph 1, he shall be entitled to a supplement up to the amount of the earnings lost.
(3) The compensation for the loss of earnings referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 shall be subject to the right of the employer to the extent that, under the Law on Direct Taxation, they have been prescribed a net earnings tax not exceeding CZK 72.000 or, in the absence of an undertaking subject to an income tax, a pension tax not exceeding CZK 72.000 per year. Employers who are not employed shall not be entitled to compensation under paragraphs 1 and 2. ';
The applicability of the Government Decree of 17 April 1941, No 193 Coll., partly amending the Government Decree of 22 December 1931, No 217 Coll., providing for the reimbursement of the final edition and the loss of earnings of the sitting labour courts, is hereby revoked.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1948; they shall be carried out by the Minister of Justice in agreement with the Ministers involved.
